I should’ve left this review a while back after getting my home windows tinted, but I wanted to make sure I still said something. Chad was great on the front end and made everything simple to set up. Bryson handled the install, and he really delivered. His professionalism stood out right away, and you can tell he pays attention to the small details everything came out clean with no issues. He also worked around my schedule (as I was working during installation) without any hassle, which I appreciated. The whole process felt easy from start to finish. Chad also followed up after the install to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was completely satisfied, which I really appreciated not many shops do that anymore. Chad and Bryson make a solid team. I’ll be back to have my vehicle done and my daughter’s townhome next. Definitely recommend.

After seeing this tint company at a local festival offering a small discount, I decided to get my vehicle tinted since my husband had previously used them years ago with no issues. We ended up paying over $600 for their “supreme” tint, expecting high quality work and service. Unfortunately, this turned into a very frustrating experience. Shortly after pickup, I noticed bubbles and lint trapped under the tint on multiple windows. I brought the car back, and while the general manager was polite and tried to fix it, it was clear the issues couldn’t be resolved without redoing the tint. From there, the situation became even more frustrating. I had to return multiple times (nearly four visits total), and each time required me to rearrange my schedule and drive out, only to be told twice that the tint hadn’t arrived yet. What was most disappointing is that I was never notified ahead of time, which resulted in wasted time and gas on multiple occasions. While I understand they are training new staff, the lack of communication and organization from management was unacceptable. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, and it quickly became clear that his knowledge and skill set are exceptional. Hands down some of the best guys you’ll meet. I had a great experience with the manager Chad, and one of his workers Rob. Very amazing individuals, super talented & professional people. Would 100% recommend anyone who needs tint done on their vehicles or anything else they offer. To come to this shop!! It’s well worth your time & money!

I Have a 2016 Ram 1500 Sport. My stereo was starting to act up so I went and talked to Chad about what would go with my truck and wouldn't be changing anything to ruin my warranty! Chad Suggested a system that was basically a plug and play system called "Linkswell". Ordered it and when it came in he was busy with another job and another of "The Black Optics Team" had just finished up on a tint job and asked if I minded him working on it! Bryson got right on it and put it in,,, Man what a difference!! Great Customer Service, Fantastic Teamwork! Chad is a Very Knowledgeable and Professional Tinter and Stereo System Installer!
